Calling this place a "hotel" is false advertising. It is a dilapidated, mold-infested, dumpster. There is a constant smell of damp and disinfectant. The elevator rarely worked and we had to use their stained, musty and steep stairs. The Walls & Doors were filthy, scuffed, and had mysterious stains. The Air Vents: Blocked with dust and fluff. The Furniture: The chair was broken and the mattress had a massive dip in the middle. In the Bathroom there was active, visible BLACK MOLD growing around the shower and sink. The shower head was broken and when we asked for them to fix it or change the room they advised this was a regular occurrence in all their rooms and they were used to replacing it with a cheap option every few days. The photos on their website have been so heavily edited and photoshopped, they are in no way an actual representation of the establishment. I will say, the only thing that wasn't a complete disaster was the staff. The people at the front desk were responsive and genuinely seemed to want to help. The problem is the building itself. It is rotten to its core. No amount of polite service can fix structural decay and profound, ingrained filth. I never felt a moment of comfort or relaxation.

酒店位置好，出行方便，樓下就有個大型超市，購物方便，餐館也多，在酒店居然看到幾副國畫，對於出國在外的華人來説，很有親切感，好感謝酒店前台的老先生，在我們Citywalk回來後，給我們送的熱水壺，下午茶和點心，就像回到了自己家，特別暖心。如果有機會再到巴黎，一定還會選擇這裡。

酒店房間用上木地板，推手李較暢順，沒有提供水杯、拖鞋等設施。酒店離地鐵不用3分鐘，但帶大行李到中央車站建議乘搭巴士，因為地鐵是沒有電梯或自動樓梯！

The hotel is clean. Hotel staff are very helpful with directions and assistance for our transportation. The location is perfect for affordable boulangerie and restaurants. Two minutes away from the metro. Very accessible.

Hotel situato in posizione strategica, vicino a tutti i servizi (bus e metro); camere piccole ma pulite, mobili da rinnovare; piccoli accorgimenti nel bagno (telefono della doccia che non si agganciata bene e perdeva) lo farebbero diventare l'hotel perfetto. A 20 metri si trova una boulangerie buonissima con prezzi onesti.

好處：近地鐵站Brochand 去那也方便樓下有Pizza店/超市/Pub/生菓店..等等不怕餓！如果住上4天以上, 到酒店才買早餐將會平宜一D 毛巾日日換/床日日收拾/拉圾日日清（不是每間酒店也會如此做的）壞處：價格性價比不強我住3個人, 相對房間比較小酒店比較舊所以冇設施房內有煑食爐但不準用（等如沒有）酒店不能提供房內熱水壺早餐比較小選擇批評訂房網站, 他們沒有更新酒店設施資料, 我在酒店介紹中,見到有煑食爐才訂此酒店的！但到酒店後, 他們聲稱在6個月前已通知各大平台, 煮食爐要返新故不能用直至另行通知！訂房網站我可以說"你騙我”嗎？還有酒店相片介紹中有用闊角度照片, 容易誤導！請訂房網站好好研究改善！🤬
